    Thanks for the update...I'm in the middle of a move at present (damned lousy timing), and since the printer was basically a doorstop presently...I moved it, but the PCs haven't gone with it.  Hope the fix works for me as well...

    OK, got it now. Yes, mine is also black, but the suggestions are white.

    https://aka.ms/AAbocb4  When File Explorer is in dark mode, the text typed in the search box is black, making it unreadable against the dark background.

    Mine is OK.

    Not mine, it is black, it is still an open issue on the blog too.

    Did you see it while typing before pressing enter ?

    • We’re investigating an issue where elements of Search (including the search box in File Explorer) are no longer displaying correctly in dark theme.
