I have using window 11 home, and I enrolled in window insider preview though beta channel.
my window is activated with a digital license linked to my Microsoft account.
when I switched on laptop (realme book slim) , a window popped up showing message " your build of window will expire on 15 September 2024. you should move to new build as soon as possible".
in window updates section, its showing "you are up to date" that means there is no update available to install.
because I'm not able to upload the images here, I share google drive folder link in which all the images available

what should I do to resolve this issue in authentic way asapm

Since you have build 26100.1742 you can leave Insier program by deleting WindowsSelfHost key from registry.

This will lave you rather stable preview of Windows 11 v24H2 which is be released to public later this year, but it will get monthly cumulative updates on patch Tuesdays (Second Tuesday of month).

  1. Open open regedit (push Win key and type regedit).
  2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost
  3. On left panel right click that key and delete it.
  4. Close regedit and restart.
  5. Check your insider settings to see that its out of Insider Program.
  6. Check for updates to get latest C.U.

No. There is no action needed on your side to resolve the “Your Windows Build will expire soon message”this Build of Windows will expire soon” message, since for most of the channels, the Build with updated expiry date isn’t released by Microsoft.

Build 26100.1150 is preview of Win 11 v24H2 which become public later this year. Check your insider settings if any preview channel is selected or do you want to continue in insider program?

    Open File explorer

    Located downloaded ISO,

Mount it (double click or right click and select mount).

This will open ISO to new virtual disk.

On that disk run setup.exe to start in-palce update.
