I have Co-Pilot - In the absence of the troubleshooting tool for keyboards, I asked it why I cannot type in the Taskbar search box, the Settings search box or in the feedback app but it could not give an answer or a fix that worked.

Way back in March when Canary builds started and beta users updated to Dev; my Dev builds have had problems with Local Security Account Protection in Settings. Initially it showed on my Dev builds with a Red note that said a restart was required. Restarting multiple times did not work and eventually MS posted this. It is now June and as far as I can remember all my Dev builds since then still had the (in red) a restart is required. I have not seen any new news regarding this problem since then. But yesterday with the update to Dev b.23493.1000 Local Security Account Protection has disappeared from Settings. If I search For LSA Protection in Settings I get. If I look in Settings it shows no LSA Protection. Of course if I look in Registry Editor - LSA Protection exists - but does not appear in Settings? The update to correct this which I was told would be as soon as possible back in March is a bit slow I guess in coming. Davy https://aka.ms/AAldsgx

Davy https://aka.ms/AAldsgx Hi Davy, Could you show what Versions you have for the Security Application, Security Service and Engine Version? MS is playing a weird game with KB5007651 updates, they are never consistent. See the difference below in two machines at the same Windows Build level 22621.1928. 1) 2) My Dev Builds 23493.1000 still have this version below for Security, and LSA is showing in settings. 😎🤷♂️ Yet a different Version on Canary, and different options in settings. 🤷♂️
