I was attempting to wait for MS to apply their correction, rather than use one of yours (ours), but it has been a long wait and I am vacillating on which way to go. It's 5 months now since it started and MS appear very uninterested. After telling us it is important not to use any other workaround as they are working on a fix?

I have never seen so much inconsistency as with the Security updates.
They never have any explanation about what the changes are doing, and every time they release a new KB5007651 there is a new screwup. 😜🤷♂️
This is the latest (2306) I got on one system and still does not work correctly. 🤐

looks like that kb5007651 version 1.0.2303.28002 and version 1.0.2305.24001 are the source of the problems, also you are still missing RunAsPPLBoot. 🤷♂️
Same issue with TPM on Public build 22621.1928, definitely a MS screwup. 🤐🤷♂️
I reopen Security Dashboard again and TPM shows up fine:
The Security App is older in this case but still shows the same issues. 🤷♂️
Yet I have the same version with Beta Build 22631.1972 and the LSA shows up fine. Go figure!

2023-07-01T16:09:36+00:00 I have noticed a bug in this build. When I open an app or doing something, the desktop app icons turns to white. I have to do a refresh for the icons to return to normal. I have not reported it to the feedback hub yet, want to see if others have the same issue.
It would help others if you posted a screen
shot of what you're seeing.
