22572.100 ni_release one issue so far

Won't let me move my system tray icons where I want anymore.

Other than that, installed fine on both laptops.

    Wish I could have a temp fix at least don't get why fg2001 said this

    There are some discussions that MS doesn't like to see in these forums.

    If I give you a way to temporary fix the problem MS will most likely delete the post.

    It requires a third-party tool to change the configuration of some hidden experimental features.

    It seems like a touchy subject, because every time it is mentioned in these forums it gets regularly deleted by MS. 🤐
