Sys Tray icon discussion on 22572 +

Same problems with System Tray icons and Win + Shift + S are back with Build 22579.1

The keep enabling this silly Tablet optimization hidden feature and cause these problems on the Desktops and PCs.

Please fix the tablet optimization without breaking things while you make the changes. 🤐

I assume you are seeing those bugs on update, I don't see them on a clean install.

Yes it was a W.U. update from 22572 to 22579.

They just re-enabled the silly Tablet optimization hidden feature. They just don't get it.

I disabled it manually and everything is fine.

Since it is an A/B test still, you probably did not get it enabled yet on a clean install.

Easy to check, you know the command to see if it is there or not.

Check if the config file is present and if it is enabled.

Win + Shift + S only fails when Wi + X is open. It works fine otherwise. 😡

Check if that tablet config is there and enabled. Can you move the icons in the tray at all?

This is the one for the tablet optimization that the keep pushing on my machine. 🤣🤣
