22572.100 ni_release one issue so far

Won't let me move my system tray icons where I want anymore.

Other than that, installed fine on both laptops.

    Doing the CHKDSK C: /F is temporary. Any way to make it forever?

    @PaulChou,

    Not unless MS fixes the silly bugs they added with this change.

    Upvote the FBH report.

    I'm sure they can do the Tablet optimization without adding new bugs to the desktop environment. 🤣🤣
