Low volume output on windows 11 21H2 when compared to windows 10 21H1

Yea I'm not sure then bud. I built my pc, it pretty high end gaming pc. That solved the issue for me considering it reset those settings to default on update. I'm sure that's most people issue. Someone said there was no enhanced settings, and there is, you just have to find it on each device you have and adjust it.

Nah, I've done that and pretty much everything every one had suggested

I'm expert on PC and this issue seem to be once upgrading the pc instead of clean install

I un-installed all drivers, nothing, NADA, the issue also appears to be more prominent on Bluetooth devices

You do not have to uninstall everything. Just go to your sound settings. While there, select the audio device, a drop down will appear. Make sure everything is turned to 100. At the bottom is a tab to turn on enhanced settings. Turn it on and to the left you will see advanced in blue, click on it. From the box, select loudness and check it. Adjust loudness all the way to the right (long eq), and select apply. There you go, 50 percent more volume.

Sure I have tried all this on two completely different PCs without any results

to explain, all sound devices and or types do work and sound however, the volume on all of them, I mean all regardless of the type Bluetooth, speakers, headsets directly attached to the motherboard, etc. the volume of the sound coming out of all of them is HALF the volume using the SAME exact computer on windows 10

furthermore, I can slide all the volumes to 100% everywhere and STILL the output is barely half o the output on Windows 10 using the SAME EXACT PC

Is it only ME, having this issue on TWO completely different PCs different Mother Boards ??

PC1

ASUs ROG Maximus XIII Z590- i9-10900K

PC2

Aus ROG STRIX Z490-A Gaming - i9-10900K

You need to go to sound settings, select the audio device, once you do thst there is an option for advanced settings at the bottom. Turn it on, select advanced l and adjust the loudness all the way up. Select apply and you're all set. You will have to do this individually for each audio device you have.

I had the same issue and I just went back to Windows 10 because of it. For me it's a huge problem. I use headphones all the time and I just couldn't bear with that.
