I saw somewhere last week that they were testing something new on explorer, I saw a picture and it did not have tabs.
I have the newest Explorer with the pizza icon (didn't show in previous pic) and it has tabs.
OK, good, I saw that on eleven forum, but couldn't understand what it was all about. I think the one I saw was without tabs. 😎🤷♂️

On a clean install VM
MS gave me the pictures and icon but I had to give up the new Explorer in exchange. 🤣🤣🤣
After a restart it's back to normal. 🤷♂️

I rebooted and changed the setting from Picture to Spotlight the background got a picture, but I cannot find the Icon with the menu anywhere on the desktop. 😎🤷♂️
I've tried that several times plus lots of troubleshooting and get nothing, I haven't seen the icon either.
I just checked a third system Still at 25300, they reverted to the old menu already before updating to 25309. 🤷♂️
