With 21277.1000, this old bug is back, it does not cleanup Windows.old completely 393 KB are left, 2 files showing, bcd.dll and bootsvc.dll, this bug was previously fixed with Build 20257 :
I found the same on my laptop. Restarting removed the two files but left the folders which were easily deleted.

If I look closely and I compare the same machine (Dual Boot) with code 19042.685 versus 21277.1000, I hardly notice any change, just seems to be the same type of animation opening the window, just a little slower with 21277.1000, nothing dramatic as described by some users.
I'm still not clear if the new animation announce in the blog is enabled at all and if there is any other way to tell for sure.
I have 3 machines at 21277 including a new one with Nvidia RTX 2060, nothing really noticeable on any of them. 😎
