Hi,
What the others have already said is spot-on. I just thought would add a couple of things...
>> Yes there is Win+Shift+S or use PrtScn, instead; the later saves pinning Snip & Sketch or opening it, 1st.
NB: S&S has 4 Modes: Rectangle, Free-form, Window & Full screen.
>> After something is copied it can then be 'dropped' wherever via Rt Clk & Paste OR
Ctrl+V
>> ALSO, items copied auto save to Clipboard. So, Win+V opens that... one can click on (select) any item there & then 'drop' it wherever.
The above is applicable throughout the OS. And now there is similar within Edge. It is called Web Capture. And that can be enabled either via its icon OR via
Ctrl+Shift+S. This is being called Smart Copy. But, the cool new part is being able to drop things into Folders... couldn't do that in the past.
Anyway, it's all the same, grab what one wants, it copies & then can be 'dropped' or pasted into the body of any kind of page OR into a Folder.
Cheers,
Drew
