General Random Write disk speed degradation in Windows 11.

After updating several machines from Windows 10 to Windows 11 users have noticed a significant degradation on Disk Random Write speed. This is quite noticeable with NVMe SSDs benchmarks, it also seems to affect SATA SSDs even if it is not as significant. See 3 samples below with 3 different devices on Windows 10 and Windows 11:

    I don't know anything about this forum. So how do we get this issue before the right MS people -- how do we get their attention? How do we know they got the message?

    So is there a fix coming from MS? I'm experiencing the EXACT same thing on brand new Windows 11 build with all brand new hardware. Random write is about 50% degraded in comparison. And only Random Write.

    Not that I know, I have not seen any response from MS yet ! 🤔

    I just found this thread after spending 2 weeks wondering why my 2 TB Samsung 970 evo plus SSD, on a brand new Windows 11 build, was so slow on random write speeds compared to most others running Crystaldisk benchmarks. Then I realized most of the stuff on the net with my SSD is from 2019 and 2020, so it was generally Windows 10.

    I'm definitely seeing much lower random write speeds (but everything else - sequential and random reads is fine -- and matches other benches). I'm about 50% lower on random write than what others saw with Windows 10.

    Any fix by MS coming soon?
