I have the same version of MS edge in Dev 23506, and I have Copilot.
Anyway, a new Dev Build is now available 23511. I still have copilot with 23511. 🤣🤷♂️

Hello! I recently installed the latest Windows Insider dev channel build (23506.1000)and I can't find the new Windows 11 Copilot AI slidebar. It cannot be added in the settings either. I've tried with ViveTool but it doesn't work at all. Can someone help me figure out what is wrong? Thank you

I don't see where the OP says he has an AAD account or not, and he was still on 23506 anyway. 🤷♂️
