Windows 11 Copilot not showing! (Dev build 23506.1000)

Hello! I recently installed the latest Windows Insider dev channel build (23506.1000)and I can't find the new Windows 11 Copilot AI slidebar. It cannot be added in the settings either. I've tried with ViveTool but it doesn't work at all. Can someone help me figure out what is wrong? Thank you

    You have to explain that to me. MS says it's a problem in certain regions. Then I don't understand what Device ID and MSA have to do with anything?

    You are mixing issues.

    MS can turn On or Off a feature on different devices.

    I believe that is done by Device ID's via a Windows Update.

    I've had 2 devices in the same house running the same

    build and 1 will have a feature and 1 will not.

    "Some regions"..Would be helpful if they listed which regions I am in Norway.

    Microsoft has confirmed its Copilot AI assistant will make its full debut on Windows 11 tomorrow. I guess this is "Insider problem" only.

    I don't think it is insider problem only.

    On latest Release Preview they never mentioned that they added a requirement that was not needed in Beta or Dev.

    MS is never clear about how they roll out the features. 😎😝

    Must be an A.I. strategy to keep all the users confused. 🤣🤣🤣🤬

    I believe you, but that doesn't make any sense, does it?

    Yes, it does make sense because each device has

    a different Device ID even if the same MSA.
