Windows 11 Copilot not showing! (Dev build 23506.1000)

Yeah, I've seen the feature release post for build 23550. I was hoping someone would figure out a way to activate the feature without having to wait for a fix. That's a pretty major gap considering the recent announcements, so let's hope they push a fix in the very next build.

I would not worry too much, Copilot current implementation has too many bugs anyway. 🤬🤬🤬

I had to disable it on my machines because it messes up my desktop. and makes it unusable.

Why do they need that nonsense Side Bar on the right of the screen anyway?

They should just open a standard window for the Copilot App so that users can move it where it is more convenient without screwing up the desktop layout.

OK, I have to disagree with part of this.

If I open Copilot the 2 desktop icons on

the right side of my screen move left.

As soon as I close Copilot they move back to

their original position. It in no way makes my desktop unusable.

I'm in the US West Coast and I have Copilot on Dev build 23550.1000 as you can see below.

You could check if it the features required are enabled, but that is not an allowed discussion in these MS forums. 😂😂🤐

I had it on public release after the big update, but then decided to setup Insiders to the dev channel to check out other features not yet publicly released and Copilot is gone on the dev channel build 23550.1000 (at least for me, logged in with an MSA)

Different story with Dev there was never a requirement for MSA.

Apparently, Copilot it is not showing up in some regions and MS has not specified which future flight will have a fix. 😂😂🤷‍♂️

• We heard feedback from Insiders in the Dev Channel that the Windows Copilot Preview is not available in some regions. We found an issue and plan to re-enable it for these Insiders with a fix in a future flight.
