    Each to their own... I don't use CP nor Start. Have always used & preferred the Apps window (since early 7 days), so I don't feel any extra clicking or extra things are involved. To ME, the Apps window is very efficient. Windows can be done, as you say, in various ways and however one finds most appealing. My (free) choice, I don't use the default Taskbar, either.

    I tried installing it 4 time and each time it downloaded but fails to install at 30%.

    What error are you getting?

    Any message?

    I didn't say that well or quite right. Yes, I know it was supposed, is supposed to be there... just meant, I do indeed have it or see it there, now.

    Y'all may find this interesting... I use the Applications window; really, don't use Start for anything, BUT... I did Start & its All Apps list. Windows Tools, as some of you stated, is not there (now). However, it IS, still, there in the Apps window.

    NB: I do not have to go to CP (1st) or through CP, just opens (there) from the Apps window icon.

    That was there also on previous build nothing new there, that is not the point, it is no longer where it was before.

    Why was it removed from Start -> All apps ?

    Opening CP or opening the Apps window what is the difference? You still have to open and extra window to find it. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

    I use CP much more often than the Apps window.

    There are many roads all leading to Rome. 👍
