Both the Beta drive and Dev drive updated with no issues. What's funny is the original Beta version is running an older version of Nvidia driver, while the Dev version is running a newer version.

As for the length of time since 581, I have no explanation, but I did notice an 'unusually' big jump in the Build #s.

My Beta 22593 installs OK without deleting the software distribution folder or running clean.
But apparently my Dev does not.
So round 2.
Dev 22593 installed no problem, but it appears that I have to delete the Software Distribution folder and run clean for my Dev to update.
