If I remember there was a typo/bad character

in the message, so it was changed.

Don't remember if it was a build or a CU.

    C.K.,

The original message was just "Working on updates" they made a typo when they came up with this silly new one, they should have left it alone and also report the % progress of the update process, no reason to get rid of it . :(

For whatever interest there may be, here's a note about today's events for mine, together with remarks in the thread.

The Cum .Net taking it to 337.1010 installed. Albeit all went smoothly & incident-free... I had the same (unfamiliar) screens mentioned. And I whole-heartedly agree about not having a progress indicator of some sort.; percentage, circle, bar, IDK, but something, absolutely.  I was about to go somewhere and realised I had it going and no clue if it would be short or long wait... shall I go or shall I stay, I mean come on, geeez.  My ESP, nothing. Tell me, show me, give some hint 😒🤨  Ok, I'll stop being silly.  May I have the FH link, please, to upvote, show some support, strength in numbers.  Thanks.

337, aside from bugs we, already. know & speaking for myself... between it & Edge, Holy Cr@p things sure are snappy & quick.  Talk about responsive.  Well, anyway that's how it's feeling, to me.

I cannot help but notice all the Fluent Design icons everywhere.  Personally, I'm not finding it hard to get used to what's coming down the road or what's up the road, on the horizon.   And I find it downright fun seeing Sun Valley things emerge in our IBs. I often tell & show people, "Look what's coming, it's cool stuff". If I may, on a personal note: I have beta tested since Vista and of all the shiny new OSs & funky stuff along the way, over all the years of Launch Events, et al.... THIS is the most exciting time for those who are now called Insiders.  It's quite cool to be part of what is a fairly historic moment in Windows history AND see it all in advance. We may be bug hunters, which can be frustrating, but what is coming should be thrilling.

There are some items of note in this Build, I think.  Windows Terminal, Windows Notepad, Power Automate and I do REALLY like what multiple desktops are, now❗ Can have an appearance that goes with the sphere/spirit/subject of each different desktop... and, if the OS Accent Colour is set ✔️ to Auto-Select, then that will be what is apt for each desktop and each desktop would be different in that regard, too and their positions can be easily changed via a Rt Clk menu, now 👍👍. Also, that, now, search results panel is Dark... more wide-spread uniformity visible more & more as time passes.

If, currently, unfamiliar, read about Windows Terminal & Power Automate Desktop, HERE & HERE, both items are very interesting. And finally (as in, I'll shuddup, now), here are some pretty pictures 😀

I do not think it's a bug.  As I has said I saw the same unfamiliar screens, black "Updating your system 100%" & the other 'new' "Updating, don't unplug" with no progress indicator.  It all did take a while, but was successful.  It's just WIP testing things, trying things (delivery methods). I do find MY 337 is running very nicely & better than the previous 2 Builds.

    Cheers,

I think that black screes with text "Updating your.... " is by design but if that black screen without text is bug.
