    Feedback Hub (Win +F). Place it in the Install and Update > Downloading, installing, and configuring Windows Update category.

    The one thing on the left side that stands out to me is:

    Your organization has turned off automatic updates.

    To find the License type;

    * Please right click START the search and open CMD as ADMIN.

    * Type slmgr /dli and press enter and kindly upload a screenshot of the result here.
