That is correct.  This re-enforces why we always do tell, always have told Folks, don't switch a main, 1 & only, daily-driver computer to Insider Builds.

The choices to run IBs are:
Virtual machine, Dual-boot or Spare Box.

Options have changed over the last year but I still see this:

Settings, Update & Security, Windows Insider Program,

Stop Getting Insider Builds, Options.

But this says for Beta and Release Channels:

So it seems that now the only way out of Dev is a clean install.

Back in 4th qtr last year you were kind enough to response to a question I posed about being able to get off the Insider train without having to do a fresh install. You said to watch until April/May 2021 and there might be a way to do just that. 

Here is a summary of what I think you said:

"What you are asking about means exactly what it says. Ex: If you are on Insider Build 201xx or higher, when 2021 (April or May) comes around you will be able to Opt Out of Insiders without having to do a clean install."

I am on Build 21343 at the moment. 

Do you still think this is going to be a possibility?
