Stop guessing and do what I tell you, there are different places where the requisites are checked, in your case you just want to upgrade so you don't need to boot from the drive, just run setup from it, when you rename that file it bypasses the checks, unless you already tried online before.

In that case there are more checks done from the C:$WINDOWS.~BT and you may have to delete that folder.

You only need to boot from the USB drive if you want to do a clean install, in that case you need some other tricks to bypass the checks.

I tried it without the file and in another time with the no-frills version of the previous system. I booted from the pen-drive and started the installation but it shows that my PC can't continue the installation... I tried it on the laptop with ryzen 3 and it worked

I don't care if it works with another machine. you want something that works with your machine which is in the red zone, just follow what I tell you.

Don't boot from the USB, just run setup from it while windows is up.

For a clean install there are different steps to follow, but that is not what you wanted, you said you want to do upgrade from 22000.xxx to 22454.1000 so you are doing the wrong thing for that.
