that's what I told you, I get updates like CU and the new Snipping Tool but when I try to check the Insider Program panel it changes my regedit

I just went through the whole process for you, did you upgrade using the 22454.1000 ISO or not ?

I went from 22000.184 to 22454.1000 and after that it was in R.P. then I changed to Dev without any problem .

Maybe you are just not listening ? Are you still on 22000.xxx ? Show your Insider page on a snapshot.

Done from 22000.184 to 22454.1000... came up in R.P. , now I have to link the account and then switch to Dev, see below, it is done.
