I have similar hardware plus multi-booting except, with sata drives. Disconnecting all but one didn't fix the problem. I'm going to try fresh installs next.

New Outlook works when started from the Start menu and when I press the option button it reverts back to the old Outlook. Pressing the button again doesn't work. This is the Version of the old Mail and calendar currently on 26052. If I try the switch for the new outlook it just flips back. It looks like they are getting rid of that function given that there is no longer the need to switch back and forth. 😂😂🤷♂️ This version still can switch, but not the newer one above. 🤷♂️

Build 26052 is out to Canary & Dev Channel
