    This Safe Mode issue not showing Taskbar, still exists with Build 25276.1000 and it is not listed in the known issues.

    • [NEW] We’re investigating reports that some Insiders are experiencing freezes when using the browser and certain other apps after the previous Dev Channel flight.

    This must be a vague reference to the display resolution bug which still affects this build. Opening any browser or a random app crashes the system with no way to recover, at least for me.

    Using recommended display resolution or switching to MS basic display driver may or may not fix it for you.

    At this build Working on updates stay at 24% about 10 min and then display goes off.

    Screen was black about 10 minutes and now it's halt at 68%.

    Other 3 devices update without issues.

    definitely longer install yes.
