RS-Prerelease build 25276 + ISO is out to Dev Channel

After we entered 2023 my internet caused my device to freeze and after a recent system reset, I Tried to update to the 25276.1000... but it's hanging at 64% or 84% for hours... in the end I can't even update it I am stuck.... gave up after 9 hours of waiting....

My device suffering this issue is about 3,5 years old Dell laptop with i7-8850H.

Display adapters are Intel UHD Graphics 630 and Nvidia P3200.

Other devices without latest update issue are green zone device with i5-10210U and yellow zone devices with i7-6820HQ and Xeon E5-1620 (desktop).

At least its not depending on how old CPU / device is.

Here are the details about the PC. Had to cross out the Windows version, as I took it from my main public partition.

Finally this update is completed. Working on updates stuck at 68% in 3 hours.

Mine did exactly the same again. This was the third time in a row. Hope they fix the problem soon.

I'v seen longer times, but not stuck that long. 🤷‍♂️

What I still don't understand, which I've mentioned previously, Both PC's are almost identical, hardware and software, with the exception of the processor.

The PC that has no problem has an Intel Core i9-11900F, where the one with the problem is Intel Core i9-11900. The latter has integrated graphics, which is not connected, as a GPU is used, same as on the other PC
