    Intel Graphics Driver was rolled back again but I updated it.

    This Safe Mode issue not showing Taskbar, still exists with Build 25276.1000 and it is not listed in the known issues.

    • [NEW] We’re investigating reports that some Insiders are experiencing freezes when using the browser and certain other apps after the previous Dev Channel flight.

    This must be a vague reference to the display resolution bug which still affects this build. Opening any browser or a random app crashes the system with no way to recover, at least for me.

    Using recommended display resolution or switching to MS basic display driver may or may not fix it for you.

    (5) Safe Mode with networking - No network!

    Task bar IS still visible.

    The Taskbar missing in Safe Mode only happens if you have the Search Box with DynamicContent.

    As for option 5 with No Network, I have that issue on one machine that has the latest intel network driver on the Killer E2600, but not on this E2400 with an older network driver. 🤷‍♂️

    This one seems to work fine in Safe Mode (Option 5):
