    Go to Settings, Update & Security, Recovery

    and Rollback to the last build if you haven't

    removed the Windows.old folder.

    If you wish to leave Insider totally you must

    use the Media Creation Tool and do a clean install.

    God bless Windows 10 (not meaning Insider Builds)

    As 'CK' has said, to leave WIP, one has to clean install Windows 10.
