RS-Prerelease build 21343 is out to Dev Channel

Eddie,  the ssd bug and restart bug seems fixed. But I see an Issue when I type Win key and insert a word then the Menu disappeared... then I try again and it works.

Anybody noticed a much longer delay from sign in to desktop ?

I've seen more than 30 seconds on some machines, even after a clean install of 21343.

It sits on the Welcome screen with spinning dots much longer than any previous build.

When it finally gets to desktop it seems to be still populating the taskbar.

Same with sign out/sign in or after a restart.

Same machines in the same situation, with current 20H2 code have no measurable delay at all.

In dark mode I see dark text on File Explorer search box, turns white after I click search

Timeout is back to 0 on the dual-boot.

It takes ages from log-in to desktop - 30 seconds, compared to almost instant on previous builds. None of the apps are configured to start
