Release 21343 has broken my Taskbar as I no longer have date/time/ etc. I can go to Personalisation and make a change and it will come back but then disappears again.
It also re-appears but cluttered by background images.
Annoying but the laptop still works for now.

Decided to go back to the previous build. Unfortunately, Quick-access items didn't return, however, from log-in to desktop is back to instant
I am only finding this delay on the first login of the day. Subsequent restarts are normal.
Didn't make any difference on mine, all subsequent log-in's were similar

Also you can check the platform level of your defender in the folder below:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Platform
