After coming to this build from 22H2, I looked in the Store to see what had been updated and found numerous things had been. So I checked for updates to see if there was anything else, and one more thing tried to install/update:
Web Media Extensions
But it doesn't, just saying "Something happened on our end," even if you Retry. If you click into it, it mentions Code: 0x80070057.
I see a few mentions of this in Feedback, as it appears in various builds from time to time, but it's new to me.
The two times in the past that I've done a clean install of an Insider build, I had problems and ended up starting over with the current release, then upgrading to the insider channel I had been on at the time.
And your comment on that was just the info I was looking for.
