Weird, there was an old issue like that, but I don't remember which Build.

Works fine here on this system with 23403.1001, all the links on the left open fine. 🤷‍♂️ I'll check another machine when it is done updating.

SecurityHealth is empty in this case.

Seems I still have my old problem with Store apps.

Store says 5 apps "modified"?

Reliability Monitor shows 1 (different) app installed?

Good to know. Unfortunately, I had to abort the upgrade because got stuck at 58% and the CPU was at a constant 100% getting hot. 😒

I'll download the ISO and try an in-place update later.
