Changed Beta to Dev and all devices find this new build. Announcing Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 23403 | Windows Insider Blog Tried 3 different methods ( All 3 worked and 23403 was installed. Restored a recent Beta image backup to the SSD used for Dev builds and switched channel from Beta to Dev. Restored an old image backup for Release Preview build (22000) to the SSD used for my Dev builds and switched channel from RP to Dev. Restored the image backup for the most recent Release Preview build (22621.1344) to the SSD used for my Dev builds and switched channel from RP to Dev. You missed one, from Windows 10 to 23403. 😉
