Cannot install .net framework 3.5 on Windows 10 on ARM Insider Preview image, is it not supported?

Go Control Panel, Programs and Features, Turn on Windows features on or off (on the left side).

There you find the .NET at the top.

As I said "I tried DISM/UI also installation failure with 0x800F0950, I tried to find this ARM version ISO to install from source.

However, there is no ISO provided (just has the VHDX)", UI mean the Programs and Features, I tried already.

This windows is a "Windows 10 on ARM Insider Preview image" instead of a normal windows...

Did you go to the Control Panel? In All apps you find it under Windows System. Righr click on it and Pin it to Start.

I said there is an error when install 0x800F0950 via the "add Windows feature" and I tired use DISM command also but failed.

I searched google and find it seem only happy on "Windows 10 ARM insider Preview "VHDX" version"

A few questions:

1. Are you running the latest Insider Preview? Even though the VHDX is older, it's best to enroll in the Windows Insider program from the Updates & Security menu in Settings, then upgrade to the latest build.
2. If yes, Have you modified any group policy settings or made any manual settings changes to Windows Update? Usually these will cause problems with feature installation/updates.
3. Do you have any proxies enabled on your system?
4. When you go to install the .NET Framework 3.5 feature in the optionalfeatures program, does it give you an option to download the required files from Windows Update?
