Cannot install .net framework 3.5 on Windows 10 on ARM Insider Preview image, is it not supported?

HI All,

I used the Windows 10 ARM insider Preview "VHDX" to setup this Windows.

From link:

I tried DISM/UI also installation failure with 0x800F0950, I tried to find this ARM version ISO to install from source.

However, there is no ISO provided (just has the VHDX)

Would like to confirm is Windows 10 on ARM Insider Preview image not supported .net framework 3.5 to be installed? Thanks.

Huh, I was not aware current versions of Visual Studio could even target .NET Framework that old any more.

It might just be the runtime that was fixed because I'm trying to load a .net framework 3.5 project in Visual Studio and it won't load without installation (and I can't install due to this issue).

As I meant to say earlier, with the latest .NET 3.5 and 4.8 rollup patch that came after the recent OS update, I no longer need to manually install the .NET Framework 3.5 feature to run applications which would require it. I have thus far been able to install the original Skyrim from Steam, and it didn't fail to install any prerequisites, and the loader runs just fine.
