Cannot install .net framework 3.5 on Windows 10 on ARM Insider Preview image, is it not supported?

HI All,

Cannot install .net framework 3.5 on Windows 10 on ARM Insider Preview image, is it not supported?

I used the Windows 10 ARM insider Preview "VHDX" to setup this Windows.

From link:

I tried DISM/UI also installation failure with 0x800F0950, I tried to find this ARM version ISO to install from source.

However, there is no ISO provided (just has the VHDX)

Would like to confirm is Windows 10 on ARM Insider Preview image not supported .net framework 3.5 to be installed? Thanks.

    Hi thanks for the walk through.

    I like many others, only get to the point where its downloading, and then it returns the error 0x800F0950, as mentioned.

    No group policy settings have been changed. 

    It's a blank install on Parallels trial versions 16.5 on a Mac M1 system.

    I have the same issue (running windows on parallels with a M1 ship), we tried the different options suggested, but we still got the error code

    Thank you! after a Windows update was completed I was able to install it and all working like a charm!

    hi Bro

    Just click Settings / Updates 

    it will update NetFramework automatically for your Arm
