HI All,

Cannot install .net framework 3.5 on Windows 10 on ARM Insider Preview image, is it not supported?

I used the Windows 10 ARM insider Preview "VHDX" to setup this Windows.

I tried DISM/UI also installation failure with 0x800F0950, I tried to find this ARM version ISO to install from source.

However, there is no ISO provided (just has the VHDX)

Would like to confirm is Windows 10 on ARM Insider Preview image not supported .net framework 3.5 to be installed? Thanks.

    I have a same Problem that is 0x800F0950

    (Can't install .Net framework 3.5)

    M1 / Parallels / Win10(ARM)

    This method can solve my problem

    I downloaded the package from the link, created the ISO file and installed the virtual machine.

    I found this alternative on the Parallels forum.

    According to the post, the files that create the ISO file are from build 21390, a higher build than that available on the Microsoft website. I honestly don't know if this is safe, but I needed a solution so I took a chance.
