Thanks for the info. Normally I install from ISO . Just seems to work better than accumulated updates. After X number of updates it seems like Windows gets wonky unless you clean install.

2021-07-04T01:35:40+00:00 I FINALLY got windows 11 installed. It was my capture card drivers (Avermedia GC573) that was conflicting with the installation apparently.
