Windows 11 CO-Release Build 22000.51 is out to Dev Channel

This is the problem I'm having, a flickering of the context menu, doesn't happen every time but often enough to be very annoying, I have to right click twice or more to make it stick. Anyone else seeing this?

I've seen the flickering on right click, but after it flicks one time the context menu stays open, never had to click more than once.

Looks very inconsistent depending on which folder I work on.

Do you have a FBH report link for this issue ?

Can repro that if single click to open a folder is enabled. Have you filed feedback?

Reverting to double click is definitively an improvement but still flickers once, even with animations turned off. I was waiting for confirmation to reported.

Thanks. Yes, it is very inconsistent. Sumit found out that having single click enable is partially responsible but if disable still flickers once.

Hope that Microsoft eventually has some info on the TPM and Proc issues. Surprised that the Manufacturers don't seem to have much of a response on this either. If you bought a motherboard from a company and installed all their drivers and kept them and the bios up to date one would think they could be more aware of the issues.

Were they in the loop on Windows 11 ?

How much inventory is now sitting in warehouses that won't pass the tests and what will places like Best Buy and NewEgg do in order to qualify / sell their PC's and components. Will there be a sticker applied to devices that verify "OK for Win 11" on them ?

What do builders do if they can't get a TPM module and there is no replacement processor that they can plug in to qualify ?

What exactly is the Intel (PTT?) solution that is supposed to show up on systems without the module ?

Lots of questions. Need to know 'who to call ' or where to search to find out where we go from here.

Windows 11 looks good but too much frustration for non-techs that are on the program.

One of the strengths for Insiders and Microsoft is the ability to be self critical and to help each other search for solutions. Things get better that way.

Suggestion: Wait a few days to give Microsoft some time to take in what was already submitted and wait for the newer version of PC Checker to come out before giving up hope.

People who do have Win 11 have reported some issues. So in the end when this is resolved Insiders will have something more solid to test .

Plus : Enjoy the July 4 holiday and put that system aside for a moment. It will be there when you go back after the weekend...
