not just you, it is very confusing. I can't figure out how to change the default apps to my liking

I am unable to install - flatly refuses because I don't have TPM. I have a TPM on order, but I think this is a poor show by Microsoft.
My 5960X CPU should be plenty to run windows 11.
Not a happy bunny.

If you were registered and flighting in the Dev channel, you should be able too. Can you give your device a reboot and try it again.
