    This is the problem I'm having, a flickering of the context menu, doesn't happen every time but often enough to be very annoying, I have to right click twice or more to make it stick. Anyone else seeing this?

    Can repro that if single click to open a folder is enabled. Have you filed feedback?

    I'm going to check... did you notice that when opening the Explorer window it takes a while (slow)?

    That is ScreentoGIF, one of the best tools for GIFs, which forum supports as well.

    I was trying to use Xbox Game Bar but it doesn't record File Explorer.
