    I changed my background and it was instant. Changed it back clicking on a photo in a USB file and it was instant.

    Yes, background change works without delay, try the ones we talked about and see for yourself.

    It would be much easier to test if it wasn't taking so long to apply any of the changed settings.

    The delay is making any of this type of testing a big waste of time.

    Couldn't agree more. Like I said, Personalization settings are all messed up, just about every single setting change takes an awful long time to apply.

    Maybe related but not the same bug. I can change colors but takes takes a long time. Seems that the Personalization settings are all messed up.

    It would be much easier to test if it wasn't taking so long to apply any of the changed settings.

    The delay is making any of this type of testing a big waste of time.
