OK, if I select Accessibility from that menu and turn it off, my Wi-Fi turns off..
In another area, the announcement you linked says Wi-Fi 6e is available in Windows 11 .. That does not appear to be the case..

Hi suat.cini,
The same here on old machine in Development channel, Legacy Bios old Dell XPS 8300 Desktop.
W.U, from 21390.2025 to 22000.51.
Also doing W.U. from 19043.1081 to 22000.51 on a machine meeting all requirements.
Dell XPS 8930, just enrolled to Development channel.
Taskbar has no option for small icons anymore, I'm going to miss that, at least they let me align to the left.
I don't really want the start menu in the center of the screen.
Clicking the Network/Volume icon in the taskbar, it now opens the quick settings panel. You will have to click the arrow next to the WIFI icon in quick settings to see the available networks.
Have a good one!
Things are changing LOL, surprises everywhere.
