Windows 11 CO-Release Build 22000.51 is out to Dev Channel

I FINALLY got windows 11 installed. It was my capture card drivers (Avermedia GC573) that was conflicting with the installation apparently.

Thanks for the info. Normally I install from ISO . Just seems to work better than accumulated updates. After X number of updates it seems like Windows gets wonky unless you clean install.

How did you manage to install from ISO ? No problems with Updates ? Not even the one after Win 11 installs that adds some settings ?

I just made an ISO from Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download folder after W.U. downloaded and installed on my first machine, then I used the ISO to upgrade other machines or doing a clean install with the USB installation media created with it.

You can find procedures on the web to do that.

Have a Win 11 install but the second update hangs and 'fix' does not fix.

My other machine bails out on the TPM issue with latest DEV build (same proc and MB).

ASUS MB has TPM socket but no module and this model will not reveal any alternatives until you install TPM first.

The Listing for PCH-FW is missing even though there are other PCH settings present.

Lots of $$$ invested in this hardware to just junk it out.

Dont mind losing my other machine which is a 2011 laptop with 4 core i7 and 16gb (which still runs better than some new ones with those 2 core i7s )

Does Microsoft really want to lose people with high end gear ? Is Windows 11 just for people who want to use a 'terminal' ?
