I updated to windows 11 insider dev version. windows 11 taskbar stopped working after changing computer name. The taskbar is blinking like a flash light, I reverted my computer name to the old one but it did not fix.

I'm used to use PowerShell (Admin) by right-clicking Start to open it, now I have Windows Terminal (Admin) instead and it doesn't work. Anybody knows how to replace WT with PS? Also a bummer that "Show most used apps" is not available, the toggle switch is greyed out. Just Windows Terminal opened Powershell for me. weird, it doesn't open for me. I pinned PS to the taskbar, that'll do it for now.
