    Dev 22581.1 did steal my Personalisation Background picture and leave me with a black empty screen

    It is fine here for the background, but I got an issue with the lock screen on one machine. 😎

    And what is this empty icon? This is easy to reproduce too. Got it on 4 machines.

    Just turning off one of the icons in taskbar settings and then turning it back on.

    In this specific sample the security icon was hidden and then turned back on. https://aka.ms/AAgd75f

    The phantom icon clears up after a reboot. 🤷‍♂️
