    This build has broken powershell (freezes over and over), and makes the search feature in the start menu hang as well.

    If you click Windows Update > Update History > Uninstall Updates select KB5013283 you can remove the update.

    Interesting what the blog says about the flicker:

    Now they moved the flicker to the system tray. 😵‍💫

    The 1st icon after the show hidden icons keeps flickering.

    I turned it off and back on in taskbar settings and it shifted position, also it stopped flickering. 🤷‍♂️
