    Same as the last build, both PC's rolled back

    at 28% Working on Updates. Did nothing, Retried

    and both are up and running.

    On my desktop, I saw it sitting at 28% Working on Updates for quite some time, but then it took off and completed without issues.

    I wonder if it's going to show the same screen during the installation that the past 3 Dev builds showed, even though the laptop is fully compatible.

    To answer my own question...Yes, it did show the same screen on this build as it has the past 3 Dev builds. Even though running PC Health Check says it's fully Win 11 compatible.
