Taskbar Widgets keep closing, won't stay open

I downloaded the full Win 11 ISO today from Microsoft and installed it on my desktop PC (over Win 10 Pro). I had been using my laptop for the Insider Preview Beta. Everything works OK on the Desktop PC install except the Widgets. When I click on the Widgets icon, it flys open and then closes right away. Rebooted a few times, removed and added Widgets from the Taskbar, but it still closes right away.

    maybe you need to go the the web portal and remove the device

    maybe the same device is listed multiple times with the same accounts

    on the top of the page, can you click on manage and open this window?

    That is the Outlook Account (my last name) and I was able to delete it. But still doesn't fix the issue of my sam@..... MS account listed twice.

    I went to

    https://account.microsoft.com/ 

    and it just lists this Desktop PC (once) and Laptop.

    I also saw this listed under "Sync your settings" an it says Your passwords won't sync until you Verify your identity on this device. I click on Verify and nothing happens.

    I found a program (that use to me on the microsoft site) called microsoftaccountdiagnostic.diagcab

    When I ran it, it found these issues, and says that it "fixed" it, but still have the problem.

    I couldn't reply for a while, the system didn't let me.
