Error downloading Windows 11 iso

When I go to the https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewiso select a version and then select a language, I get the following error.

We encountered a problem with your request. Please visit Microsoft Support Contact Us page for assistance. Refer to Message Code 715-123130 and Transaction ID 33028e2e-aed7-4536-a43e-fbc7f52bc94d.

Any way to fix this? Yes, I am an Insider on the Beta channel. I'd be fine going Dev channel, but it also gave the error.

Hi Mike, I see that a Microsoft Engineer said that you should wait 24 hours in a similar case.

    I am having the same issue - I waited 24 hours and I tried the link provided - nothing is working .

    The link goes to forbidden message .

    The links expire after 24 hours to prevent spam downloads.
