Inaccessible boot device after latest insider update this morning (build 21364)

Nothing works in the recovery mode as it cannot back out the update, cannot repair.
One of the update is kb5003399 and I forgot the other one, will have to boot back to the command prompt.
In the command prompt, I can tell it's not showing my 1TB drive, it's in x:/ with very little space.
Also, wusa.exe doesn't exist in that command prompt.
Can anyone help to get my system booting again?

I can confirm that I am no longer offered this driver.
However, I cannot see how it took this long to remove. It was an issue for Insiders first, but it STILL was pushed out to the public branch? Isn't the entire point of the Insider program for people to test stuff and you guys fix it before it goes public? This is an extremely serious issue, some people may even resort to a full windows re-install because of this update. I (thankfully) had a restore point, but it was from a week ago, and a lot of my settings and stuff was all borked because of the restore. I'm just happy my computer works, but this is not the kind of stuff you'd expect from a multi-trillion dollar company that is KNOWN for shoving windows updates down our throats. This is exactly the kind of behavior that validates those who refuse to install updates because of various issues. This legit BSODed computers. Microsoft, try to NOT be the company you are notorious for being.

2021-05-08T03:56:35+00:00 I had the same issue except I am running an Asus Tuf gaming X570 with an AMD Ryzen 3700x. After the update my PC would boot but that's it nothing would work If I tried to open the setting it would not work. If I tried to do shift+ restart I couldn't I had to ultimately create a Media Installation Device on a USB. I booted the PC off the thumb drive I tried to repair it but it would not work. I tried to Uninstall the update and still would not work. Ultimately I had to reset my PC to a previous date and that ended up working for me.
